  • Typical Accelerated* Format: 50-minute CPT session 4-5 times per week for 2-3 weeks; allows the entire treatment to be completed in a few weeks, rather than spacing it over several months

    Typical Intensive Format: 3-hour EMDR with breaks, stackable sessions, single or multi-day

    Ideal for:  PTSD, grief, birth trauma, perinatal, pregnancy loss, history of childhood abuse, relationship conflict

    Why It Works: Concentrated blocks of individual or couples therapy allow rapid momentum while maintaining a trauma-informed, safe, and supportive structure. Flexible, innovative approaches help some make faster progress and stay engaged.

    Additional individual and couples models available, including PE‍ or ‍CBCT-PTSD, designed to simultaneously improve both the individual’s symptoms and the couple’s functioning

  • Typical Format: 50-minute session weekly for 8–14 weeks

    Ideal for: Body image, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, parenting, life changes such as pregnancy, postpartum, career, health, caregiving, perimenopause

    Why It Works: Comfortable pace allows couples or individuals time to process, integrate, and see measurable change. Options include evidence-based therapies, trauma treatment for couples or individuals, EMDR, Gottman Method, EFT, and DBT-based parent support

  • Typical Format: small classes scheduled virtually on Saturdays from 9am-3pm for couples, parents, or individuals

    Personalized Workshop Format: flexible scheduling and customizable

    Ideal for: Life stage stress, premarital, relationship challenges, conscious parenting, anxiety, depression

    Why It Works: Practical skills to help re-center on what matters most, identify and shift patterns that may no longer be working, stay aligned with values even when things feel difficult. Evidence-based interventions: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), IBCT.
